A Coordinator is appointed to each group. Useful documents on the organization of the Programmes are available on the
Co-ordinator's page. Advertising literature for Co-ordinators (and others) are available
here. The Co-ordinator's name and contact details will be on the posters displayed on the Parish noticeboard and in the Parish newsletter. The Coordinator is responsible for liaising with the Registrar of
WOW, advertising the programmes in their Parish, arranging for the venue, preparing the technical aspects of the session and making available to the group any notes that may be required. Individual members are also welcome to download the presentation, prior or after the session date, if they so wish. Presentations are available as Podcasts.
The WOW Registrar will inform Group Coordinators, and any person participating as an individual, by email, as soon as the presentation is ready for downloading.
The current Podcast series will be made available on this website a few days prior to the presentation. Each module follows the format below:
- Make telephone contact with the presenters to introduce yourselves
- Play the presentation (30 mins)
- Reflect and discuss its content and prepare questions for the presenters (30 mins)
- Telephone your questions to the presenters who will respond in a live Questions and Answers session (30 mins). All the groups will hear both questions and answers.
